Terms and Delivery

Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions:

Exchange: We will exchange items which are not damaged or spoilt. For Exchanged goods postage applies. Please ensure you have sufficient postage for the goods being sent back to us. We advise that you send goods by registered post. We cannot be responsible for any goods sent to us that are lost or damanged in transit.

A Cancellation period of SEVEN days applies starting from the day after the goods on which you receive the goods. The customer has to bear the cost of the Goods returned to us. Your cancellation rights are allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Where goods are made to measure or to the customers specification the cancellation period does not apply. This applies to Ballroom / Latin shoes with different heels and colours, and any other dance shoes. Please double check your order to ensure maximum satisfaction

Exchanged goods must be returned within 21 days of dispatch. A postal charge of £5.00 will be applicable, for all postage and packaging for the goods to be returned to the customer.

All returned goods must only be returned to Direct Dancewear and NOT to any of our assocaited companies, or the  manufacturers. Direct Dancewear ADDRESS-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We cannot take responsibilty or liability for events that are beyond our resonable control, which may delay the delivery of your goods.

Ballroom / Latin Shoes and some dance shoes are  made in the factory abroad and will take between 4 to 8 WEEKS, or longer due to the shoes being hand made. You must allow us to make these shoes and some delay will ocur and you have to bear this in mind at the time of order.

For any SHOWS or Events all goods must be ordered well in advance and the customer should give us 10 to 12 WEEKS notice for us to purecure materials to make the goods.

Overseas customers must pay by Bank Transfer, and pay all local and oversea bank charges at the time of making the transfer of funds to us.

Delivery charges to the UK Mainland:

Order Value  £0.01 to £40.00  Standard Delivery Charge    £3.50

Order Value  £40.01 to £80.00 Standard Delivery Charge   £4.95

Order Value £80.01 to £250.00 Standard Delivery Charge  £6.95

Orders over £250.00                                                   Free of charge.
